Google Services Down Globally- A bit of a nightmare

Never did we predict this sort of service outage in our life. Yes, we are talking about Google services down globally. Any services associated with Google were also down. The apps and services that were using information from Google like Google Maps or Gmail are also not working. Many users are in a bit of shock as completely dependent users are just sitting there. The outage went on for around 20 minutes in some areas.

Google apps including YouTube, Gmail, Docs, and other associates went offline completely. Confused users were searching for answers and that too on Google. Google Play Store was responding to nothing and all the app owners went into shock for that small period of time. No data sharing, no content uploading, no downloading, or anything related to Google was working. Social media started blinking with the updates and Twitter showed “Google”, “YouTubeDown”, and “Gmail” as the trending topics. With over 2M tweets in the short span, Google grabbed the attention of everyone.

Many memes and jokes appeared that made us life too. We saw people blaming 2020 for this as well. While we believe this is not the end of the world, many seem to believe this still. Well, all’s well that ends well. Google is back to normal and we are writing this on Google Docs with the ease that Google provides. Isn’t life better with Google
